What is Hire to Desk?​

Our Hire to Desk programme provides the opportunity for recent or upcoming graduates to join one of our Technology teams as permanent member of staff, working directly on exciting new projects in key engineering roles, based in one of our key strategic Technology sites in Knutsford or Northampton.​

What will you get?​

HTD provides to opportunity for those who ‘just want to code’ to come straight into a permanent role, getting support from your line manager and team to work on live projects straight away. Who is it for?​

Those with, or soon to have, a strong degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar, looking to move straight into a  ‘hands on’ role.

Once submitted our team will be in touch to take you through a few initial questions about your application – this will be followed by some online assessments to check your technical skills and your alignment to our Values and Mindset. The final stage will be to meet with one of our Hiring Managers for interview, either in person at one of our sites, or remotely via a Teams call.

Successful candidates will be matched to a specific role and Hiring Manager ahead of a formal offer being made. Our onboarding process will then take place, and we’ll look forward to welcoming our new joiners on site in early September.
