To be successful in this role, you should have below skills:
Sound knowledge of Finance or Treasury function, preferably related to liquidity management/planning or Accounting and/or balance sheet experience.
Eye for detail and takes pride in the quality of written/verbal communications and analysis.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large data sets.
Strong relationship management skills, with an ability to develop and maintain strong, open and trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders outside of the immediate team.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
CA/ CFA/ CPA/ MBA or equivalent qualification with strong foundation in Finance & Accounts domain.
Strong in MS Office suite (excel, power point)
Understanding and knowledge within a Liquidity (Risk) Management function will be add on.
Knowledge of Automation Tools, Macros, Alteryx, Tableau will carry strong advantage.
Banking, NBFC, FIs, Regulatory and/or consultancy background.
5+ years of relevant experience in finance or treasury function.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in our Chennai office.
