Deliver end‑to‑end SBM/ Risk and control lead on Risk events and issues
Ensure accurate, compliant management of HR data, reporting and analytics, with strong data privacy and control discipline.
Provide expert guidance on HR policies, processes and queries to candidates, colleagues, alumni and stakeholders.
Own delivery quality, risk management and control adherence, escalating issues and embedding new policies and mitigations.
Act as a trusted specialist advisor, partnering across functions, influencing decisions, and demonstrating Barclays Values and LEAD behaviours.
To be successful as a “Business Management - Reporting Analyst”, you should have experience with:
Strong Analytical skill.
Good Sound knowledge in MS office, Co Pilot for automation and Presentation skill.
Strong stakeholder and colleague relationships.

Basic/ Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.

This role will be based out of Chennai.
Shift Timing: 11 AM to 8 PM.
