Explore locationJoin us as BX Reporting CoE - Analyst, where you'll support and maintain the WKF related mappings in RDM and to understand the IMH mapping and other WKF data governance requirements to specific business units or departments within the organization. Act as a liaison between the finance function (Cost FTC) and Workforce team ensuring the monthly governance activities are up to date and provide timely updates to senior management.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Any master’s degree or MBA graduates with strong academic record and few years’ of experience in Accounting / Finance/ WKF related activities.
Technically sound with analytical skills to simplify the Data Governance activities ensuring the alignment across various hierarchies.
Good communication and articulation of the e2e activities related to WKF hierarchy and its impact to FTE reporting.
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of overall WKF data management activities across Barclays Group.
Desirable skillsets/ good to have:
Confident and assertive skillset. Develops relationships and manages stakeholder’s expectations professionally.
Displays integrity, initiative, commitment, and credibility through interactions with colleagues and clients.

This role will be based out of Chennai.
