You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:
Manage a complex portfolio of mid to large corporate lending cases, handling day to day processing of all stages from submission to drawdown, reconciliation and ensure compliance with agreed service levels
Provide expert guidance and technical input to colleagues, leadership, and clients on lending transactions, quality assurance, and resolution of escalated issues
Drive continuous process improvements and proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate client fund payments.
Act as the subject matter expert and point of contact for process, procedural, and ensuring up-to-date documentation and audit readiness.
Communicate complex or sensitive information effectively.
Desirable Skills:
Previous experience in Lending Operations.
Good knowledge on GBS Payments and ACBS/Loan IQ.
Good influencing skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
