Explore locationJoin Barclays as Vice President, Head of Wholesale Client Onboarding Quality Control where you'll spearhead the Quality Control activities across new on-boarding, Periodic Reviews and Event Driven Review lifecycles – including KYC (Know Your Customer) and Regulatory Classifications for the Corporate and Investment Banking businesses. To be successful in this role, you should have,
Experience working in a direct people management role in financial institutions, preferably in the Corporate or Investment Banking domain.
Extensive experience within KYC (Know Your Client) with good knowledge of the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) /KYC environment preferably in the Corporate Banking and/or Investment Banking domain.
Proficient planning and operational management background along with experience in managing large and diverse operational teams.
Ability to contribute effectively when working with senior colleagues, across the breadth of business or strategic issues.
Good stakeholder management and leadership experience.

Analytical and complex problem-solving ability along with excellent client and colleague engagement.
Process optimization experience across complex, regulatory in nature processes.
Numerical and analytical skills gained in financial services industry.

This role is based in our Chennai office.
