Ability to flawlessly execute at speed.

Confident in handling large volumes of data.
A good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages, with excellent MS Excel & good PowerPoint skills .
Good awareness of workforce planning and resource management.
Good working knowledge of Workday and other HR tools.
Strong proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and the ability to analyse and solve problems systematically.
Some other highly valued skills may include below:
A good knowledge of how organizational structures work and position management, ideally within Workday and other workforce planning tools.
Presentation skills, Finance or HR knowledge.
Experience of process automation.
This role will be based out of Chennai Office.
