Explore locationAs a Colleague Experience Delivery Partner, You will lead process improvements for Colleague Support Teams in Ireland, focusing on payroll delivery and managing a range of Employee Relations (ER), Disciplinary, Capability & Grievance (D, C&G) cases, and Workforce Change (WFC) programs. As the European lead for the Internal Recruitment Process (IRP) for promotions, you will ensure regulatory compliance, support manual contract generation where required, and guide Reward decisions. You will also support the transition of the Professional & Business (P&B) function in Ireland, working with the business manager to align People Policies and Procedures Guides (PPPGs), while maintaining dual-running operations due to ongoing delays in centralisation.
You will contribute to Performance Development & Engagement (PD&E) communications across Europe, the Middle East, and Emerging Markets (EME), acting as editor of the regional newsletter and supporting deep dive sessions into Your View survey results. As a delegate at the Leadership Forum, you will collaborate on local colleague initiatives. You will also coordinate benefits with providers, including the upcoming Benefit Week driven by the Ireland Leadership Forum (ILF), and lead the re-launch of the Save As You Earn (SAYE) scheme in Ireland following the onboarding of a new banking provider. Your role ensures consistent, compliant HR delivery and strong regional collaboration.
To be successful as a Colleague Experience Delivery Partner, you should have experience with:
• Employee Relations Case Handling.
• Workforce Change / Restructuring Experience.
• Regulatory Knowledge.
• Stakeholder Management – confidence in engaging with senior leaders.
