Explore locationJoin us as an EU Corporate Banking Operations Controls Business Partner, where you will be responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of an effective control environment, ensuring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and operational procedures for functional areas remain in line with policies and standards with robust governance and reporting. In this role, you will be key in supporting the European Corporate Banking Operations Teams in managing their internal control agenda and supporting their obligations in accordance with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Barclays Policies and Standards. A key focus on control oversight and testing, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), issues management, data, MI and KRI management, supporting the team’s Vice President and Director for Europe.

This role will be based in Dublin.
Minimum Salary: €56,000
The minimum salary information above includes only annual full-time equivalent base salary and typically represents the lowest level of pay for this role. The actual pay rate will reflect the responsibility level of the role and experience level of the individual. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

This position is eligible for an incentive award.
Purpose of the role
To assess the integrity and effectiveness of the banks internal control framework to support the mitigation of risk and protection of the banks operational, financial, and reputational risk.
