Explore locationWe are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Financial Institutions Cash Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our Financial Institutions business across Europe for Financial Institutions (FI), non-Bank Payment Service Providers (NBPSP), Broker Dealers and Alternative Finance institutions. You will play a critical role in delivering strategic advisory and complex transaction banking solutions across payments, liquidity management, and FX payment services to regulated clients. The successful candidate will be a recognised cash management specialist, capable of driving new business acquisition, expanding wallet share with existing clients, protecting income lines from potential competitor threat and positioning Barclays as a market leader in Europe.
You will build and maintain strong customer relationships with valuable key names through effective client planning, identify and convert new business opportunities, which will require tailored and competitive pricing, and bespoke integration with our customer’s internal systems, with a view to presenting to and influencing FI clients both at board and operational levels.

This role is based in Frankfurt.
This role is deemed as a Controlled Function role under the Central Bank of Ireland Fitness and Probity Regulations and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
