Why the Technology Developer programme?
As a Developer,you’llhelp design, build, test andmaintainsystems used across Barclays. This is more than writing code;you’llplay a role in solving complex problems for clients and customers. You may work with technologies including Java, C++, C#, Python, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, containers, DevOps, cloud, machine learning,scriptingand real-time systems.
To be considered for this opportunity,you'llbe motivated with a strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.
You’llalso bring a genuine interest in technology, strong problem-solvingskillsand the drive to deliver innovative solutions.
Barclays will accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship to work in the UK and will provide a skilled worker visa for successful applicants if they meet the Home Office’s eligibility criteria for a skilled worker visa.
