Explore locationJoin Barclays as an AI Product Owner. This is a role leading the design, deployment and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide AI learning products. The role will work closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to shape the product roadmap, translate business needs into scalable solutions, and drive adoption of AI-enabled learning across the bank.
To be successful in this role you should have experience in the following:
Defining and owning the vision, roadmap and priorities for enterprise-wide AI learning products, ensuring alignment to talent, learning and business priorities.
Translating talent development needs into clear product requirements, user stories and release plans that can be delivered by technical teams.
Working closely with learning, HR, technology, data and risk stakeholders to prioritise features, manage trade-offs and ensure solutions are valuable, feasible and secure.
Leading product deployment and adoption, ensuring AI learning products are implemented effectively and deliver a strong colleague experience.
Monitoring product performance, user feedback and business outcomes to drive continuous improvement, optimisation and scale.
Staying on current AI, learning technology and product management trends to identify opportunities to enhance enterprise learning products and ways of working.
