Explore locationAs a Business Analyst within the Chief Data Office (CDO), you will play a pivotal role in how Barclays governs, manages, and uses data, enabling outcomes that are compliant, efficient, and transformative. Your work will support how the bank makes decisions, meets regulatory expectations, and delivers long-term value for customers and stakeholders.
To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should have:
Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Business Change Analyst, ideally within data, change, or technology-led environments.
The ability to perform structured business analysis and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, with diverse stakeholders.
Progressed towards or completed a business analysis certification such as IIBA ECBA/CCBA or equivalent.
Experience working within or alongside a regulatory framework.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be located at our Glasgow office.
