Defining and overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring alignment with organisational and regulatory goals, timelines, and budgets.

Identifying and managing project risks, developing mitigation strategies, adapting plans to resolve challenges, escalate appropriately and ensure project success.
Monitoring project performance through metrics and reporting, providing senior leadership with timely updates and recommendations for continuous improvement.
