Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as a Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Lead. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the Barclays Control Framework is applied across Wholesale Client Onboarding (WCOB) to maintain an effective and robust control environment, specifically in relation to CDD. This role is accountable for leading quality risk management and assurance in line with group policies, standards, and methodologies. The role facilitates improvements to the framework, control environment, and culture through the deployment of enhancements and best practices. Given the high level of risk and scrutiny from regulators, the role requires strong negotiation and influence skills to manage multiple tasks across different areas.
