Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as a Customer Due Diligence Change Manager. In this role you will play a key role in delivering change projects across customer exit and offboarding journeys. You will support the design and implementation of process improvements, ensuring customer outcomes, regulatory requirements, and business objectives are effectively balanced throughout the change lifecycle.
To be successful as a Customer Due Diligence Change Manager, you should have experience with:
Ample understanding of Financial Crime requirements and controls within customer exit and offboarding processes.
Proven experience delivering business or product change programmes within a complex or regulated environment.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to provide clear updates and reporting to senior leadership.
Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks, navigate complex challenges and implement effective solutions.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience using Jira, Visio, or Blueworks Live to document, track, and manage processes and change activity.
Process mapping and continuous improvement capabilities.
Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and implement effective solutions.
