Explore locationWe are seekinga Data Governance Senior Manager tolead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of governance frameworks that ensure the integrity, security, and compliance of data and records across the bank's global operations.
To be successful as aData Governance Senior Manager, you should have experience with:
Deep understanding of data governance values, including data ownership, metadata management, data lineage, Critical Data Elements (CDEs), data quality, records management, and regulatory compliance
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across business, technology, risk, and regulatory functions, driving alignment and governance outcomes in a multi-layered environment.
Good experienceidentifying, assessing, and mitigating data-related risks, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and organisational control frameworks
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience with governance and metadata tools such as Collibra, Informatica, IBM IGC, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
Experience managing governance workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes, mergers, integrations, or cloud/data platform migrations
Understanding of data regulations, risk frameworks, and governance requirements within a regulated financial services environment.
