Explore locationWe are seeking a dynamic Global Enhanced Due Diligence (GEDD) Operations Lead to oversee and shape the operations of our Financial Crime Exits function across Barclays UK (BUK). This is a critical leadership role, responsible for managing teams in the UK and India, driving strategic direction, and ensuring governance and control within the EDD process.
To be successful as a Global Enhanced Due Diligence Operations Lead, you should have experience with:
Previous people leadership experience.
Ability to set strategic direction while ensuring effective governance and control.
Deep understanding of financial crime, EDD, or exits processes, ideally within a banking or highly regulated environment.
Experience of driving continuous improvement and embedding operational excellence.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be located at our Glasgow office.
