Explore locationJoin us as a Legal Counsel, Cash Management / Payments Lawyer at Barclays, where you will undertake a mix of providing regulatory advice, transactional support, and product management. Activities will be as varied as opening branches in Europe, implementing Consumer Duty, providing cross-border legal advice to support business opportunities, developing new payment products with a third party, supporting strategies to mitigate the risk of online banking fraud, and negotiating product terms with international businesses. To be successful in this role you will need to be a qualified solicitor with strong academic record, or equivalent expertise. Have a strong background in payments regulation, experience with relevant financial services products and applicable regulations and strong commercial focus and understanding of the management of risk.
