Explore locationJoin us as a Transaction Monitoring Training Analyst, where you will be shaping the future of Banking at Barclays, by supporting the Transaction Monitoring team, educating and upskilling operational colleagues through training, coaching and knowledge transfer initiatives.
To be successful as a Transaction Monitoring Training Analyst you should have:
Demonstrable Stakeholder Management experience.
Strong decision making and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
Experience in compliance, risk management, or transaction monitoring.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Knowledge of financial crime regulations and best practices.

This role is based in Glasgow.
