Foster collaboration across teams, ensures alignment with Tribes' strategic goals and drives continuous improvement in Agile environments.
To be successful as Tribe Scrum Master, you should have:
Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework, Experience with other Agile methodologies like Kanban, Lean, etc.
Proficiency in Change management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence).
Strong stakeholder management, communication skill and collaboration across multiple teams and ability to drive outcomes.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), SAFe Agilist, or Agile Coaching certifications are advantageous.
Ability to think strategically and align team efforts with organisational goals.
Experience or had a role in Cultural Transformation Programme.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in Glasgow.
Purpose
Facilitates and coordinates Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure that multiple teams within a program are aligned and delivering value efficiently. To manage dependencies, remove impediments, and oversee the planning and execution of Program Increments. Foster collaboration across teams, ensures alignment with business objectives, and drives continuous improvement in large-scale Agile environments.
