Explore locationAs a Valuation Control Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day execution of the Independent Price Verification (IPV) process, ensuring valuation outputs are accurate, timely and aligned with regulatory expectations. You’ll work with large datasets to produce analysis that underpins valuation decisions, contributing to both BAU and regulatory change initiatives. Your role will also involve testing IT deliveries and helping to embed improvements across valuation systems and processes.
You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Product Control, Risk and Technology, gaining exposure to valuation methodologies and regulatory frameworks. Whether you're supporting change delivery projects or contributing to regulatory reviews, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the bank’s valuation control environment. To be considered for this role you’ll have a solid grasp of financial products & a good understanding of valuations. You will have hands on experience using Python or Alteryx. A relevant finance qualification will support your success in this data-driven environment.

Purpose of the role
To conduct the accurate and timely valuation of financial instruments, and establishment of valuation methodologies, monitoring of market conditions, and provision of valuation insights to support financial reporting, risk management, and business decisions.
