Key critical skills required for this role include:
Experience in Team management.
Knowledge of KYC, AML, Sanctions, Adverse Media, Payment, and customer screening process to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.
Identify and report quality gaps or process deviations, work with relevant teams to drive corrective actions.
Develop and maintain MIS dashboards and reports related to financial crime controls, customer due diligence, and alert handling.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal stakeholders and compliance leadership.
Ensure reports reflect accurate status of KYC, AML alerts, and sanctions screening metrics.
Support the monitoring of transactions and customer data against global sanctions list.
Assist in maintaining and updating watchlist filtering tools and screening logic.
Work closely with Screening operations teams to identify and resolve data issues.
Ensure people related issues are handled.
Clear understanding of Risk & Controls.
Should have basic MS Excel knowledge.

This role is based out of Gurugram.
Purpose of the role
To support Screening with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution, making decisions in line with comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
