In this pivotal role you will manage operations within a business area and maintain processes, risk management initiatives, and compliance with relevant regulators. You will take ownership of your work, ensuring it aligns with the relevant rules & regulations, and codes of conduct.
You will support in business areas with day-to-day operational processing, reporting, issue resolution, and trading activities. It focuses on improving operational efficiency, managing risk, and delivering effective support to stakeholders and customers.

Support daily operational activities including processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and integrate operational processes across the bank.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement operational controls to mitigate risk.

Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and best practices.
