Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Regional Program Manager, Field Sales, where you will confidently interact with region, district, and store level management to ensure the success of our retail credit card partnerships. You will manage field execution of Barclays retail cobrand credit card program, drive credit card account acquisitions and usage in partner stores across the territory and develop productive relationships with partner field management.
To be successful as a Regional Program Manager, Field Sales, you should have experience with:
General relationship/business development/marketing/sales experience required
Success in influencing external partners as well as internal colleagues
Retail industry experience with general understanding of credit products
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Financial Services Retail Support Function OR Retail store/district/region management experience
Exercise ample oral and written communication skills
Ability to provide clear insights, effective coaching, and actionable feedback to partners and internal contacts in alignment with business objectives
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
We are open to candidates based in Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Missouri.
Salary for IL:
Minimum Salary: $110,000
Maximum Salary: $155,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
Purpose of the role
To develop, implement and manage marketing strategies through direct interactions with partners and their employees, including establishment of campaign budgets, monitoring of performance metrics, and implementation of data-driven optimisations to improve ROI
