Explore locationJoin us as a Business Analyst where you will support the organisation achieve its strategic objectives by the identification of business requirements and solutions that address business problems and opportunities.
To be successful as a Business Analyst you should have the following:
Previous experience in a business analyst role, with demonstrable experience of business analysis methodologies including requirements definition/engineering, process modelling and operating model assessment and design.
Excellent communication skills, including experience in senior stakeholder management.
Experience providing a link role between business, operational SMEs, and technology, able to quickly develop complex business subject matter knowledge.
Critical thinking, comfortable with problem solving and tailoring approaches within role to suit projects and audience.
Some other highly valued skills include:
Knowledge of Financial Crime, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) / Know Your Customer (KYC), or Compliance.
Industry standard Business Analysis qualification.
Detailed knowledge of Barclays Products/Services.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be based in London, Knutsford, Glasgow or Northampton.
