Join Barclays as a as part of our Client Workflow Manager on the Client Transition & Adoption support team. Within Client Service Operations, where you will play a key role in supporting Outreach-led client readiness for major digital and regulatory change initiatives within Corporate Banking, ensuring data accuracy, robust governance, executing client communications and managing escalations, while influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across Client Readiness, Change and programme teams. 

To be successful as a Client Workflow Manager, you should have:

  • Experience of workflow management tools (ideally Salesforce) and other electronic systems relevant to servicing clients in a digital environment.

  • Exceptional numerical, analytical, and commercial skills, with the ability to turn large data sets into actionable insights.

  • High proficiency in Excel and good digital awareness.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to present insights concisely and clearly, articulate priorities, progress, and gaps around key activities.

Some other highly valued skills include:

  • Experience in Salesforce data.

  • Commercial awareness by being able to identify key KPI drivers and effectively measure and monitor results.

  • Prioritisation skills, where you can assess a wide range of activities and opportunities, organising them into clear priorities that deliver meaningful outcomes.

This role will be based in Knutsford.  

Purpose of the role

To manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to enhance the banks operational efficiency. 

Accountabilities

  • Management of strategic operational changes and initiatives to enhance the bank's operational efficiency and effectiveness, including the identification and assessment of changes on people, processes, and systems.
  • Collaboration with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers and SMEs to support business operation team and promote alignment between operations with the bank’s objectives.
  • Development and implementation of change management strategies and effectively communicate the strategies so they are understood and adopted by stakeholders.
  • Management and development of KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business functions, utilising data and technology to support the identification of areas that require improvement.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management.
  • Provision of guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the operational change management process through training and coaching.
