Explore locationAs a Colleague Servicing Product Manager you will take the lead in shaping the future of our technology landscape. In this role, you'll oversee a critical product area, setting its strategic direction and long-term goals to drive innovation and growth. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, ensuring alignment and collaboration. In this dynamic position you’ll be at the forefront of driving impactful change initiatives, simplifying journeys accordingly whilst making improvements within scope, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your accountability will extend to identifying opportunities for platform and product optimisation, ensuring our solutions remain scalable, efficient, and aligned with Barclays' broader technology strategy.
Key skills required for this role include:
• Proven experience collaborating effectively with stakeholders to gather insights, manage expectations, and deliver value
• Problem-solving skills to identify and implement changes to improve processes and journeys
• A strong ability to define and articulate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with strategic objectives
• Ability to understand how products work within a technology environment and how these will appear to customers
• Strong presentation skills
Desirable skills include:
• Ability to understand, work with, and use project management methodologies to their advantage
• Familiarity with Jira
• Operational experience
• Previous experience with products
• Understanding of product lifecycle management from conception to launch

Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
