Explore locationWe are seeking a highly proactive and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide support to our Managing Director (MD) and two Directors in a dynamic, fast-paced environment here at Barclays. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage confidential and complex matters with discretion and professionalism.
You'll provide seamless executive support to the MD and Directors, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. You'll take ownership of key forums and governance meetings: scheduling, agenda setting, minute-taking, and action tracking. You'll act as a gatekeeper and liaison point between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders. You'll be responsible for preparing high-quality documents, presentations, and reports with minimal oversight and will be required to anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
