Our focus is to continuously improve customer journeys across Mortgage Opening, covering both the Transform and Sustain portfolios.
Projects/Initiatives may include:
The ongoing expansion and iteration of our Mortgage Application Experience (MAE) platform.
Introduction of new execution only (XO) journeys to that same platform.
Modernisation of services that support Mortgage journeys.
To be successful as a Technical Analyst, you should have experience with:
Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Product Owner, or Senior Project Analyst within Financial Services (ideally Mortgages, Lending, or Retail Banking).
The ability to work strategically, yet deliver practical, detailed requirements in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
Demonstrated experience in self-managing workload and owning delivery outcomes to agreed goals or objectives.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills — able to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role will be located at our Knutsford office.
