Explore locationJoin us as a Technical Business Analyst at Barclays, where you'll spearhead the evolution of our digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence. The purpose of this role is to collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
Key Skills:
Ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology or infrastructure solutions, applying strong critical and analytical thinking while balancing attention to detail with a strategic, big-picture perspective.
Skilled in requirements analysis, including eliciting, documenting, and managing functional requirements, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence for requirements capture and backlog management.
Experience delivering product and infrastructure initiatives within complex environments, with a sound understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and a proven ability to communicate, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
Desirable:
Domain Knowledge (Banking / Payments /Digital Platforms)
Technical knowledge will be a benefit to assist with data analysis
Risk, Control & Regulatory Awareness
This role is based in Knutsford.
