Explore locationAs an Associate Director in the Captive Insurance team, you will work closely with your assigned Relationship Director in all sales support activity to drive the growth and management of their portfolio. Proactively developing appropriate solutions to exceed client expectations and maximise overall satisfaction and advocacy. Supporting the implementation of complex transactions through effective deal management and use of a strong internal network. Assisting with business development activities and managing the on-boarding of new client relationships.
To be a successful Associate Director you will have:

Knowledge of the International Corporate Bank’s products, services and policies required to undertake the role:
Ability to undertake assessment of lending requests, identify potential risks and opportunities including high-level understanding of loan structuring and financial modelling
Client /Customer Focus and Commerciality
Desirable skills include:
High-level understanding of loan structuring and financial modelling
Ability to undertake analytical assessment of lending requests, with an ability to identify potential risks and factor this into the lending assessment
Working knowledge of the funds and asset managers industry
Knowledge of corporate banking products and services
Strong interpersonal skills, able to deal with people at all levels of organisations
Credit skills
This role is based in London.
