Explore locationJoin us at Barclays as a Business Analyst in Finance Tech and play a key role in delivering a multi-year strategic transformation programme within the Subledger Accounting team. You will work at the heart of a multi-layered change agenda, helping to shape and implement solutions that enhance financial reporting, accounting processes and regulatory compliance across the organisation. In this role, you will partner with Finance, Technology and Business stakeholders and will be responsible for analysing complex business problems, managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring that business needs are translated into effective solutions.
To be successful as a Business Analyst - Finance Tech, you must have the following essential skills:
A background in accounting and Finance domain experience
Business Analysis and requirements management
Change Delivery and Transformation using Agile methodology
Strategic Thinking and problem solving
