Explore locationBarclays is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Strategic Change Lead to support the delivery of key transformation initiatives within our CDD Onboarding program.
To be successful as a CDD Strategic Change Lead, you should have experience with:
Experience in designing and delivering strategic change or transformation within a Financial Crime or CDD environment.
A background in project support, project management office or change delivery, ideally in a regulated financial institution.
Confident in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and support senior leaders across functions.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This will be located at our London office.
