Explore locationAs an AVP Change Delivery Manager at Barclays, you will work with the Compensation Lead and Reward Change Lead to ensure all Sierra deliverables for Reward are completed in a timely manner. These role responsibilities include:
Ensuring clear project plan and deadlines in place for any R&P activity related to project Sierra and cascade messages and direction clearly across Reward and Performance
Work with Sierra program leads to ensure any emerging risks and issues are managed with mitigants/ resolutions as applicable and ensure any downstream process or system impacts for Reward are managed with SMEs across Reward and Performance.
Manage service readiness assessments for all R&P services to ensure change impacts and any additional work is understood and accounted for in 2026 sprint planning.
Utilise experience of Workday or data management of employee data to support data migration activity and data controls
To be successful as an AVP Change Deliver Manager, you should have:
Change/Readiness experience
Experience with large scale Workforce transformation
Workday expertise
