Explore locationJoin us as a Chief of Staff Office Lead Analyst. In this role, you will join the Chief of Staff Office, sitting at the heart of the business to drive leadership effectiveness, alignment, and delivery. You will support the CEO and Chief of Staff by ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into clear decisions, structured actions, and measurable outcomes.
You will play a central role in preparing leadership forums and materials, ensuring discussions are focused, high quality, and outcome‑driven. Acting as a connector across teams, you will bring together inputs from across Product, Sales, Finance, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology, enabling effective decision‑making and execution pace in a complex, high‑change environment.
To be successful as a Chief of Staff Office Lead Analyst, you must have:
Experience in an analyst, PMO, strategy, COO, business management,secretariator governance support role within a complex organisation.
Strong analytical skills: able to structure ambiguous problems, analyse data, and translate findings into concise insights and decision-focused narratives.
High standard of written communication: crisp synthesis, clear storylines, andaccurateleadership-ready documentation.
Strong organisation and delivery discipline: able to manage multiple workstreams,maintaintrackers, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Stakeholder management skills: confident engaging with senior stakeholders; able to coordinate inputs across a matrix and challenge inconsistencies appropriately.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in payments, fintech, banking, or another platform-led business.
Proficiencyin building MI packs and dashboards (e.g., Excel/PowerPoint) and comfort working with large datasets.
Experience supporting planning cycles and performance systems (quarterly business reviews, OKRs/KPIs, benefits tracking).
Exposure to commercial analysis (pricing, cost-to-serve, unit economics) and/or partnership governance/third-party risk concepts.
Experience working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment and adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in London or Northampton.
