Explore locationJoin us as a Digital Ecosystem Manager Lead in our team based in London or Knutsford. In this role, you will define and lead the strategic vision for the Eagle Labs digital ecosystem, shaping the future direction of our website, community platform, academy offering and virtual events programme. You will act as the senior business owner for these digital channels, developing and delivering a clear product roadmap that drives member engagement, commercial value and ecosystem growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the bank, you will translate business priorities and customer needs into innovative digital solutions that enhance the user experience and deliver measurable outcomes.
You will lead a team, setting direction, priorities and objectives whilst fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will support the growth and evolution of the Eagle Labs Community Platform, ensuring it remains competitive, differentiated and relevant in a rapidly changing market. Alongside this, you will build partnerships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers and technology partners, ensuring effective governance, risk management and budget oversight whilst driving the successful delivery of strategic digital initiatives.
To be successful as Digital Ecosystem Manager Lead, you will have experience with:
Defining and delivering digital strategy, product roadmaps and platform development initiatives within a complex organisation.
Leadership experience, including managing and developing high-performing teams across multiple locations.
Stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior leaders and executive-level stakeholders.
Working closely with technology teams, digital product teams and third-party suppliers to deliver business outcomes.
Ability to drive innovation, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver customer-focused digital experiences that support engagement and growth.
Other desirable skills include:
Experience managing or growing community-led, membership-based or ecosystem platforms.
Knowledge of digital engagement, customer experience and online community strategies.
Experience within financial services, fintech or a highly regulated environment.
Commercial awareness, including budget management and supplier governance.
Experience presenting strategic recommendations and business cases to senior leadership forums.

Purpose of the role
To manage and develop existing and new products and/or services; and where applicable, ownership of related customer and colleague journeys, develops the product strategy, drive change through Barclays execution teams, make key decisions in the product lifecycle and own associated outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank, achieved through appropriate service level agreements, regulatory compliance, risk management and controls.
