Explore locationWe’re seeking a seasoned and strategic Global Travel Operations Lead to oversee our end-to-end travel operations across all regions at Barclays. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in travel governance, sourcing and stakeholder engagement, someone who can navigate complex processes and drive operational excellence at a global scale.
To be successful as a Global Travel Operations Lead, you should have:
Extensive global travel operations experience, with proven success across multiple regions.
Strong sourcing and procurement knowledge, particularly in governance and process management.
Senior stakeholder engagement and influencing skills within a corporate environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commercial acumen with strong numeracy and analytical skills.

Experience within internal supplier or procurement teams.
Deep understanding of corporate management structures and strategic alignment.
Strong awareness of data analysis tools and methodologies.

This role is based in London.
