Explore locationJoin us as a Marketing Manager - Business Banking, where you will drive the strategy and planning for our Business Current Account Acquisition, working closely with our Business Banking teams to define clear objectives and shape effective marketing strategies. You will collaborate with channel experts to guide the delivery and execution of campaigns, ensuring a cohesive and insight-led approach, while also managing relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including partnerships, creative agencies, and media agencies. In this role, you will take ownership end-to-end, translating direction from senior leadership into actionable plans and delivering high-impact marketing activity that supports growth in our business banking portfolio.
To be successful as a Marketing Manager - Business Banking, you should have:
Proven experience in development and implementation of marketing strategies and delivery that aligns with the banks business objectives and are informed by market research, customer needs and competitive landscape.
Sound and comprehensive relationship building and diplomacy skills to be able to communicate complex material, with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders, colleagues and external creative agencies.
A broad and extensive experience of digital and marketing, and proven results, including planning, scheduling and prioritising, customer targeting, channel management, effective promotion of products and services, personalisation, implementation and governance.
Excellent communications skills, written and verbal, high levels of accuracy for work, combined with experience in developing and delivering world-class marketing activity.
Budget management, with the ability to effectively plan, allocate, and optimise spend to maximise return on investment and support strategic objectives.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience in B2B (business-to-business) marketing.
Experience of planning, building, delivering and reporting of multi-variant marketing activities across multiple channels including direct mail, email, SMS and display advertising.
Experience of working within an Agile project management environment.
Experience of working in a highly regulated industry.

This role will be based in London, Glasgow or Northampton.
