Explore locationJoin us as a Price Decision Analyst, where you will extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, develop robust pricing and decisioning models, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across multiple departments. You will play a key role in supporting, developing, maintaining, and governing pricing models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with business standards. Using SAS-based pricing tools and advanced Excel capabilities, you will analyse pricing performance, identify opportunities for optimisation, and implement model enhancements and changes as required. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic pricing decisions, drive commercial outcomes, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
To be successful as a Pricing Decision Analyst, you must have the following essential skills
Experience in coding, particularly using SAS and SQL, with a solid understanding of data mining techniques.
Experience in data analytics with the ability to identify trends, draw insights, and translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for the business.
Experience in strategic planning - contribute to and help drive commercial strategy through informed, data-led decision-making.
Ability to prepare executive decision papers and presentations, and confidently present to senior stakeholders.
Proven experience within Financial Services, with a good understanding of products, customer types, and associate risk considerations.
Some other highly valued skills may include
Experience supporting the development and implementation of new technical tools and capabilities.
Experience in Business Banking with a considerable understanding of banking products.
Background in Lending, Credit Writing, or Credit Risk assessment.
Proven experience contributing to pricing decisions and working with pricing models.
Experience in financial forecasting, planning, and conducting P&L (profit and loss) analysis.

This role can be based in our London, Birmingham, Knutsford, or Northampton Offices.
