As a Product Performance Analyst – Metrics, you will focus on evaluating the performance of HR products and services to enhance employee experience, productivity, and operational efficiency. You will combine HR domain knowledge with strong analytical skills and product thinking to monitor key HR metrics, own and analyse KPI and Management Operating System (MOS) data, and provide actionable insights that support continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

In this role, you will support pilot launches, engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, and contribute to process optimisation. You will ensure data governance and compliance standards are upheld, while leveraging a range of HR and data tools to deliver high-quality analysis. Your work will be instrumental in aligning HR systems and services with organisational goals, driving data-informed enhancements, and supporting a culture of performance and accountability.

To be successful as a Product Performance Analyst - Metrics – 12 Months Full Time Contract, you should have experience with:

  • Analytical skills and experience with HR metrics, KPIs, and performance reporting.

  • Proficiency in HR systems and data tools, with a focus on data accuracy, governance, and compliance.

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Experience engaging with stakeholders and supporting product or service launches within an HR context.

Your role can be located from out Glasgow or London office.

Purpose of the role

To collaborate with stakeholders and use data and MI to identify process optimisation opportunities for capacity creation in relevant business areas. 

Accountabilities

  • Development and implementation of strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations, using data led insights.
  • Participation in projects and initiatives to improve performance & optimisation   efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Development of reports and presentations on performance & optimisation and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
  • Identification of industry trends and developments, and collaboration with stakeholders across the bank to provide recommendations for change and improvement within performance and optimisation processes.
  • Development and implementation of analytics and reporting performance & optimisation to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
  • Identification of capacity creation in operations using data and Management Information.
