Explore locationJoin us as a Sponsorship Activation Manager, where you will work within the Group Brand and Marketing (PPCR) team to lead the activation and delivery of key global sponsorships on behalf of the business. The role will involve developing and executing activation plans that align with brand, marketing, and wider business objectives, as well as managing and evaluating our sponsorships to ensure they deliver maximum impact.
The role involves managing ongoing relationships with sponsorship rights holders and supporting the identification and assessment of activation opportunities within existing and new properties. A key focus will be delivering major international sponsorship activations—including Williams F1 team —and coordinating activity that involves working with high‑profile talent and partners.
You will be expected to network and manage senior internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective coordination with rights holders, agencies, and internal teams. You must have excellent planning and execution skills to manage a complex, international activation portfolio. Flexibility is essential to attend events where our sponsorships are activated—many in London but with international travel—which may fall outside standard working hours.
