Explore locationAs a Research Operations Analyst, member of the Research Operations team, the candidate will provide operational support for maintaining contact data in CRM system.
Key Accountabilities
Act as a single point of contact for maintaining contact related data in CRM.
Ensure contacts are maintained under the correct client billing centres (perform email matches, remove, remap or update contacts which do not belong to that client, etc.).
Ensure that only a single contact record exists in CRM for each client contact. Merge / delete duplicate records.
Proactively identify and remove/off-board orphan and/or inactive client contacts from CRM.
Handlle different type of queries in mailbox related to contact management from various teams and responding to them in timely manner.
Work with IT to specify requirements for enhancement of CRM system and thoroughly test them- validating both the functionality and data quality.
Create MI reports which outline the clean-up work completed and future project pipeline.
Appropriately escalate concerns to Research Operations management in a timely manner.
Ensure that all operational processes are clearly and accurately documented, as processes are added, enhanced and revised.
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources and present information meaningfully so that it helps management in decision making and building a robust control environment

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
Good knowledge of excel functions and ability to analyse set of data.
Graduate/Post Graduate from reputed institute with prior experience of minimum 2-3 years in an operational role in an Investment Bank is strongly preferred.
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as Risk Awareness, good communication, ability to take initiative, and flexibility.
This role is based on Mumbai.

To facilitate high quality and consistent production of Barclays Research products, as well as the delivery of those products to Barclays Clients via the firms Research platforms and channels.
