We welcome you to apply for our Empowering Leaders Fellowship. Students who are selected for the fellowship will be granted up to $15,000 to apply towards their education in addition to their internship offers. This fellowship provides the opportunity to open various pathways to success.
Eligibility Criteria:
Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 scheduled graduation from a four-year college or university within the United States
In process of applying or have applied for one of our Summer 2026 internship opportunities in Banking, Markets or Research
Good academic standing (3.2 GPA or higher)
Personal statement (250 words maximum) addressing the following prompt: At Barclays, we are looking for individuals with a global mindset and diverse worldview. Please tell us why you have applied for the Empowering Leaders Fellowship, and how it will enable you to achieve your career goals and aspirations. You may draw upon examples and contributions you’ve made via school activities, community service, leadership roles, and the like to illustrate your personal commitment to diversity.
