Explore locationJoin Barclays as a Banks & Affiliates Financial Institutions Group, Analyst, where you will support the coverage, origination, and execution of transactions involving banks, non-bank financial institutions, and affiliated entities. Your role focuses on financial evaluation, client support, and strategic advisory across a broad range of financial institutions. You will also guide and develop relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement. Provide banking solutions to HR and corporate clients, including support for payroll, employee banking, and related financial services. Assess and manage financial and operational risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Conduct evaluation of payment flows and transactions, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
To be successful as a Banks & Affiliates Financial Institutions Group, Analyst, you should have experience with:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including highly detailed formulas, pivot tables
Excellent presentation skills
Project management skills, with experience coordinating tasks, meeting deadlines, and delivering results in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Economic Crime frameworks, including monitoring, risk assessment, and compliance procedures

Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $125,000
