As a Director within Global Transaction Banking (GTB) Americas, you will be responsible for originating and expanding Treasury Services relationships across large, complex Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) corporates headquartered or operating in the United States. This is a senior, client‑facing role focused on advisory‑led business development, with accountability for driving sustainable revenue growth through new client acquisition, wallet‑share expansion and long‑term client franchise development.
You will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Corporate Treasurers and senior treasury leadership, leading consultative discussions on payments, liquidity, receivables and payables solutions. The role requires close partnership with Corporate & Investment Banking Coverage, GTB Product, Implementation and Service teams to design and deliver integrated, end‑to‑end treasury solutions that meet complex client operating and risk requirements.
The Director will own the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification and qualification through solution structuring, pricing, approvals, negotiation and execution, operating within established governance, risk and control frameworks. In addition, the role includes leading and developing a small team of sales professionals, while maintaining responsibility for an active personal client portfolio and contributing to broader GTB Americas strategic initiatives.
Purpose of the role
To manage sales and set the strategic direction. Provide support to the bank's senior management team, and to manage sales risk across the organisation.
