Explore locationJoin us as an Event Assistant Analyst and play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of events across our business. In this position, you’ll assist the events team with end-to-end coordination, including venue sourcing, staffing, speaker research, and logistics management. You’ll work closely with various business units to ensure events run seamlessly and align with organizational goals. To be successful as an Event Assistant Analyst, you should have experience with:
Supporting events, logistics, or administrative coordination
Organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Communication skills and comfort collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Highly valued skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event planning tools is a plus
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new systems and processes
High level of professionalism and attention to detail when managing multiple priorities

This role is located in New York.
Minimum Salary: $75,000
Maximum Salary: $100,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To plan, execute, manage and oversee a wide range of events and/ or hospitality initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and external vendors to develop creative and impactful event or hospitality experiences
