Barclays is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fixed Income Analyst Marketing Coordinator to support analyst marketing trips and client engagement logistics. In this role, you will coordinate travel schedules with senior analysts, manage meeting requests and calendars, confirm bookings, and create detailed itineraries for distribution. You’ll collaborate with sales and client strategy guidance, prepare pre-trip summaries, and track real-time requests during live events to ensure smooth execution and communication across teams.

To be successful as a Fixed Income Analyst Marketing Coordinator, you should have experience with:

  • Financial industry and fixed income research

  • Coordinating travel and meetings in a fast-paced environment

  • Working with senior stakeholders

  • Scheduling tools and calendar management

Minimum Salary: $105,000

Maximum Salary: $130,000

The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above include only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

Purpose of the role

To maximise the value of the Research product through the targeting and marketing of content to Clients and ensuring best practice in negotiating and collecting revenue. 

Accountabilities

  • Leverage data, analytics and feedback to understand our clients and competitive landscape; use the information to continuously monitor and decide where to allocate resources.

  • Management, continual improvement and execution of the Research content monetization processes and agenda.

  • Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities and improvements to the monetisation of Research.

  • Identification of and driving changes to systems and processes to continual improve the delivery to our internal stakeholders and Clients .

  • Adherence to the highest standards of risk management and controls; identification of potential risks and help to develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
