In this role, you will be elevating the client experience and supporting Barclays’ vision to be at the forefront in global markets. As part of a dynamic, global team, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact for clients across Exchange Traded and Cleared OTC derivatives, partnering closely with PDS Sales, Relationship Management, and Product to deliver seamless, integrated solutions. This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure, influence strategic, and make a meaningful impact while helping strengthen our risk and control environment in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.
To be successful as a PDS Client Interactions Group – AVP, you should have:
Deep product knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives, ETD and Cleared OTC Derivatives, cOTC
Validated experience in client service, with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
The ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and evolving client priorities
A firm commitment to risk management, with a willingness to uphold coordinate and escalate concerns
Other highly valued skills include:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated analytical capabilities, including experience performing data and trend analysis
Demonstrated problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive solutions
A focus on leveraging automation and technology to improve efficiency, increase capacity, and reduce operational risk
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our New York, NY office.
Minimum Salary: $70,000
Maximum Salary: $140,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.

To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution.
