To be successful as a Physical Security Access Control Systems Operator, you should have:
Excellent attention to detail when handling access permissions, logs, and system alerts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word) for reporting, scheduling, and documentation
Ability to execute administrative tasks such as badge issuance, access requests, projects, and audit preparation
Previous experience in a security, control, or risk-focused role
Other highly valued skills and experience include:
Familiarity with IAM (Identity and Access Management) and Access Control platforms such as Genetec and Vanderbilt
Clear and professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and visitors
Ability to work collaboratively with security, facilities, and IT teams
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen strategic thinking and digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is based in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $65,000.00
Maximum Salary: $95,000.00
